The refrigeration apparatus (10) has heat insulating housing (14) for separating an inner space (18) from an environment (20). A refrigerant circuit (12) guides the refrigerant (30) for cooling the inner space. An acoustic contact region is formed between the housing and a portion of the refrigerant circuit, for transferring the impact sound between refrigerant circuit and housing. A damping device is arranged in the acoustic contact region for attenuating the impact sound. An independent claim is included for method for manufacturing refrigeration apparatus.
