The controller has two 3/2 way valves (108.1,108.2) which are respectively attached with two power ports (8.1,8.2). The 3/2 way valves are connected with a pump port or a tank terminal through the power ports. The 3/2 way valves are servo-controlled by a common pressure relief valve (2) to form a pressure cutting off valve. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) the reversible hydrostatic motor; and (2) the hydraulic drive.
