The device has magnetic elements which are arranged at submersible craft (20), for attachment of the submersible craft on surface of the submerged component such as weld seam component (14) by applying a magnetic force. The tractions units are arranged on submersible craft, to drive the craft attached at the surface of component along the component. A tester is arranged in base, for performing non-destructive testing of materials employable to the surface of component.
