The invention provides an elevator control device capable of running the elevator control earlier when earthquake happens and capable of constructing a control system in earthquake which can deal with the earthquake better at low cost. The device comprises: a mobile phone terminal 10 for receiving the emergent earthquake express 6 from base station 5 at the place having stronger earthquake; an elevator control disc 8 having a P wave signal end 24 and a low sensitivity seismograph signal end 26; and an acceleration transducer 13 disposed in the control end for detecting the actual building quake, having a control terminal 12 capable of connecting to the control interface 11 of the mobile phone terminal. The control operation in earthquake is that: when the mobile phone terminal receives an emergent earthquake express of the area, the emergent earthquake express from the mobile phone terminal and the output signal from the acceleration transducer is output to at least on of the P wave signal end and the low sensitivity seismograph signal end of the control disc, and the elevator is controlled to stop at the nearest layer. |
