PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a health food using germinated brown rice is provided to offer health food easy to eat with good taste and containing gamma aminobutyric acid and other nutrient components for helping anti-aging, detoxification, anticancer activity, and immunity enhancement. CONSTITUTION: A re-fermented culture fluid is manufactured by the following steps: re-fermenting a culture fluid with fermented plum extract at a temperature of 36 to 38°C for 24 to 48 hours; adding 10 to 15 parts powdered malts, 2 to 3 parts pollens, 2 to 3 parts powdered sea buckthorn leaves to 100 parts by weight of the re-fermented culture fluid. A compound powder is manufactured by mixing 100 parts by weight of germinated brown rice, 20 to 30 parts corn, and 20 to 30 parts rice bran. A health food is manufactured by mixing the 100 parts by weight of compound powder with 40 to 60 parts by weight of the re-fermented culture fluid before fermentation for 96 to 120 hours.
