The present invention relates to a preparation method for multilayer anti-reflective coatings. More specifically, the preparation method for multilayer anti-reflective coatings according to the present invention comprises steps that ionize metal oxides by ion exchange method and form a layer of high refractive index through a solution process by using metal oxide ion solutions, does not require high-priced equipment nor long times as a vacuum deposition method does, so as to enable preparation of multilayer anti-reflective coatings that have a high economy and productivity and yet display excellent thin film uniformity, transmittance and anti-reflective performance which could be realized only by deposition methods unlike existing solution methods, and hence can be utilized usefully for development of economic mass production processes in extensive areas requiring high-performance anti-reflective coatings. |
