The present invention relates to a recycled polypropylene polymer composite material composition with improved tensile strength and flexural rigidity and a manufacturing method thereof, and has a technical feature of comprising a polymer mixing resin composed of a recycling polypropylene resin, talc, and masterbatch and anhydrousmaleic acid graft polypropylene. In addition, there is an effect that tensile strength and flexural rigidity are improved, and by recycling waste polypropylene, environmental pollution is reduced. The composition can be manufactured with less energy and low-carbon generation compared with new polypropylene, thereby reducing production costs.
