PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidifier including a clothes drying function capable of keeping a humidity environment in a room in a comfortable state by continuing a dehumidification automatic operation after the completion of a clothes drying operation.SOLUTION: A dehumidifier includes: dehumidification means 2 and blower means 3 provided inside a body; a control unit 5 for performing operation control of the dehumidification means 2 and the blower means 3; a humidity sensor 7 for detecting the humidity of peripheral air; and a temperature sensor 6 for detecting temperature of the peripheral air. The control unit 5, at the start of a clothes drying operation, sets a predetermined value for the completion of drying from the temperature of the peripheral air and a relative humidity, calculates a drying speed of clothes based on the temperature of the peripheral air and the relative humidity acquired for each fixed period, adds and accumulates the drying speed for each fixed period, and automatically stops the clothes drying operation when determining that the drying of the clothes has been completed when the added and accumulated value reaches the predetermined value of the completion of drying. The humidifier includes an operation mode for continuing a dehumidification automatic operation after the completion of the clothes drying operation. |
