PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical navigation system capable of safely and accurately performing a surgical operation and reducing a cost.SOLUTION: A surgical navigation system 1 comprises: a coordinate transmitter 2 that includes a handpiece 21, a motion sensor 22 mounted on the handpiece 21 and detecting coordinate information of a handpiece distal end 21a, and transmission means 23 for transmitting the detected coordinate information; a coordinate receiver 3 that includes reception means 31 for receiving the transmitted coordinate information, computing means 32 for calculating position information to target coordinates on the basis of the received coordinate information and calculating guide information for guiding the handpiece distal end 21a to the target coordinates on the basis of the calculated position information, and notification means 33 for notifying an operator of the calculated guide information; and an original point reset switch 4 that resets the received coordinate information on the basis of coordinate original point. |
