PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production apparatus of a resin sheet and a production method of a resin sheet by which a resin sheet in an arbitrary shape can be inexpensively produced without using a blade die.SOLUTION: The production apparatus of a resin sheet includes: a conveyance mechanism having an endless belt; a release sheet supply unit which is formed along the endless belt and supplies a release sheet having a release surface onto the endless belt; a resin sheet transfer device which is formed along the endless belt and disposed downstream with respect to the release sheet supply unit and which transfers a thermoplastic toner onto the release sheet to form a resin sheet; and a fixing device which heats the resin sheet to fix the thermoplastic resin to the release sheet. Thereby, the production apparatus forms a resin sheet in an arbitrary shape on the release sheet.
