The anchor post has an elongated body and a plurality of anchor tabs extending from an outer wall of the body. An anchor tool for bends the anchor tabs at an angle from the elongated body. The tool has at least one prong which matingly engages an opening formed in one of the anchor tabs for bending the tabs outwardly with respect to the elongated body.
