An individual electric vehicle (1), characterised in that it comprises a first central portion (2) comprising at least one beam forming a casing housing electric batteries, a motorised rear wheel (4) and a foldable steering column (5), and a second additional portion (3) comprising at least two arms (6) each provided with a foot-rest (7), a steering bearing system of two front wheels and three swivelling connections, the first (8) linking with the rear of the central portion (2), the second (9) with a transverse bar (10) of the second portion (3), which is itself linked at its centre by a flexible member (11) to the front of the casing of the central portion, the third (12) linking to a fixed portion (14) of the steering column via a connection rod (13) of each of the arms.
