<p>A distortion calculation method characterized by including: a step for detecting the shape of a steel sheet (101) rolled by a rolling device (20); a step for calculating, from the detected shape, a second distortion (ε2) that represents the distortion appearing as projecting and recessed shapes on the surface of the rolled steel sheet which deviate from target values of the sheet; a step for determining a third distortion (ε3) which represents the distortion corresponding to the internal stress of the rolled steel sheet, and which is determined from the correlation between a threshold of the third distortion (ε3) and the shape of the rolled steel sheet, and from the detected shape, wherein the correlation is calculated by a buckling analysis from boundary conditions determined by the detected shape, the sheet thickness of the rolled steel sheet, the sheet width of the rolled steel sheet, the tensile strength of the rolled steel sheet, and the distribution profile of the third distortion; and a step for calculating a first distortion (ε1) that represents the difference between the distortion corresponding to the total stress and a target distortion of the steel sheet by rolling, by adding the second distortion (ε2) and the third distortion (ε3).</p> |
