<p>The present invention constructs an optimal information system satisfying construction conditions after flexibly evaluating the performance of various system configurations. The present invention is equipped with: a system model selection unit for selecting a system model, which satisfies the construction conditions, from among the system models, when system construction conditions are inputted; an operation information acquisition unit for acquiring operating information for an existing system, on the basis of the selected system model and a similar system model; a parameter calculation unit for calculating evaluation parameters by using parameters included in the operation information; a performance evaluation unit for evaluating the performance of the selected system model by using the evaluation parameters; a sizing-factor adjustment unit for comparing the performance of the evaluated system model and the inputted construction conditions, and adjusting the sizing factor of the selected system model; and a system construction unit for constructing an information system using the system model after the sizing-factor adjustment.</p> |
