The system has a curved and streamlined plate (1) with hinges. The bottom side of the plate is provided with magnet-based device containing magnet (5) and guide rail (5a), such that the magnet-based device is movable in all direction and is attached to steel torso ship (4). The bottom side of the plate is provided with cleaning nozzle (9) for spraying high pressure water with respect to steel torso ship. The bottom side of the plate is provided with fine and coarse rotating cleaning brushes (10,11) for cleaning the surface of steel torso ship.
