The present invention provides a branching connector which is able to reduce a concern about water or dust, in the outside of the branching connector, which is in contact with a relay contact or a relay contact connecting part between first and second cables by passing through a gap between a first facing surface and a second facing surface when facing the first facing surface of a first dividing housing which is formed with an insulating material and the second facing surface of a second facing side housing. The present invention comprises: the first dividing housing (16) which includes the first facing surface (17) and first canalization parts (19, 20); a second dividing housing (30) which includes the second facing surface (31) and second canalization parts (33, 34); a connection part (45) which connects the first dividing housing and the second dividing housing; an intermediate contact (60) which is connected to the central part of the first cable and the end part of one side of the second cable which are supported by the first facing surface when the first facing surface and the second facing surface face each other; bottom holes (37A, 37B, 37C, 38A, 38B, 38C) which are positioned in the outside of the intermediate contact by being laid in one side of the first and second facing surfaces; and combining protrusion parts (23A, 23B, 23C, 50) which are combined with a bottom groove when the first facing surface and the second facing surface face each other by being laid in the other side of the first and second facing surfaces.
