PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately smother a module battery.SOLUTION: An electric cell group is stored in an in-container space to be formed in a container. A module battery and an injection nozzle are stored in an in-case space to be formed in a case. A top surface of the container faces upward in a vertical direction. The injection nozzle injects expanded vermiculite in a direction of the expanded vermiculite advancing along the top surface. The expanded vermiculite is forcibly fed via a transport passage to be formed in a composite transport tube. The transport passage extends from the outside of the case to the injection nozzle. |
