PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal device in which a crystal element can be adjusted to a desired oscillation frequency.SOLUTION: A crystal device comprises: a lid body 130a; and a wall 130b provided continuously along the outer peripheral edge of the lower surface of the lid body 130a. The wall 130b includes a lid 130 bonded to the outer peripheral edge of the upper surface of a substrate 110 via a bonding member 150 so as to surround a crystal element 120. The outer peripheral edge of the upper surface of a substrate is sized to fit between the outer and inner peripheral edges at the lower end of the wall 130b, in the plan view, and the bonding member 150 is provided from the lower end of the wall 130b to above an electrode pad 111. |
