PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination device which can be easily attached to/detached from an installation part such as a wall surface even with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A wall-hanging metal fitting (6) for installing an illumination device (10) to a wall surface and the like includes: a body part (6a) protruding from a back surface (1b) of a housing (1); and a head part (6b) formed at a tip part of the body part (6a). A cross sectional area in a direction parallel to the back surface (1b) of the housing (1) in the head part (6b) is larger than the cross sectional area in the same direction in the body part (6a), and the head part (6b) is engaged with a wall side metal fitting on the wall surface.
