PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling a working machine, capable of reducing energy consumption in a drilling operation.SOLUTION: A control unit acquires an interval change time Tz that is a time required for an interval change unit to change an interval between a machining unit and a workpiece between a separation state and a contact state, and position change time Tx and position change time Ty that are the time required for a position change unit to change a machining position (steps S1, S2, S3, S7, S8). Also, when the position change time Tx and the position change time Ty are shorter than the interval change time Tz (steps S4,S9), the position change unit makes acceleration for moving the machining unit to the workpiece be lower than standard acceleration (steps S5, S10). |
