PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately stick a protective adhesive sheet to a glass or painted surface of an automobile and the like.SOLUTION: Before the protective adhesive sheet is stuck to a workpiece such as an automobile, pressing force is adjusted by operating a pressurization mechanism according to positional information relating to an evaluation sample and obtained by a rotary encoder, and a deviation obtained by comparing an actual pressure on the adhesive sheet by a squeegee at the leading end of an arm lowered while being swung by an air cylinder and a reference pressure determined according to each position of the evaluation sample and stored in a storage unit. Further, an actual movement speed is obtained using the positional information, and the evaluation sample is stuck while the movement speed is adjusted by operating a servo motor for moving a holding table according to a deviation obtained by comparing the actual movement speed and a reference speed stored in the storage unit. The processing for sticking the adhesive sheet is repeated under the above multiple conditions, an optimum sticking condition is selected, and the adhesive tape is stuck to the workpiece under the selected condition. |
