PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling and heating system of a building, which can circulate air by forming an air vent layer in the building without allowing fluid to be used for heat exchange in a heat exchanger to exist under the floor of the building, efficiently perform cooling/heating based on radiation in an energy saving state and achieve long life of the building.SOLUTION: In a cooling and heating system of a building 1, which performs cooling and heating based on radiation by circulating air between an underfloor space 7 and a space above the ceiling through an air vent layer 4 formed along the outside of an inner wall 3, a heat source chamber 9 including a heat exchanger 10 for heating or cooling air entered from the underfloor space 7 through an air intake pipe 8 by liquid stored in a heat source tank is arranged on the outside of the building. Air heated or cooled by the heat exchanger 10 is taken out to the underfloor space 7 through an air take-out pipe 11 and circulated through the vent layer 4. |
