In order to make a tire factory more compact, this tire manufacturing system provided with a material storage zone, a green tire forming zone, a vulcanization zone and an inspection and carry-out zone. The green tire forming zone uses member assembly devices at multiple work stations arranged along a track resembling a horizontally elongate U-shape to form green tires by assembling the tire component members on the outer surface of rigid cores that move along the track. The member assembly device forms tire component members by bonding, on the basis of bonding conditions determined in accordance with the size of the rigid core, the member materials set for each tire component member. The member assembly devices are arranged on the outer periphery along the horizontal portions of the U-shape track. The material storage zone is arranged adjacent to the U-shape track on one side in the horizontal direction, the vulcanization zone is arranged adjacent to the U-shape track on the other side in the horizontal direction, and the inspection and carry-out zone is arranged adjacent to the vulcanization zone on the other side in the horizontal direction. |
