<p>The retractor has an introduction portion (1) for insertion of halt portions (2) of the retractor by a minimal skin incision and tissue-sparing for forming a holding portion with vigorous tissue layers. The introduction portion is directed to an insertion direction, where the retractor is not parallel to a train portion (3) that projects the holding portion, where the retractor is designed such that a force vector of the train portion does not run perpendicular to a plane by the halt portion, and made of metallic, non-metallic or plastically deformable material.</p> |
