An organic electroluminescent display device and a driving method thereof are provided to improve the picture quality by increasing the aperture ratio. The n gate line(GLn) and the n+1 gate line(GLn+1) are parallely arranged. The data line(DL) is arranged to intersect with the n and n+1 gate lines. In the first thin film transistor(TFT 1), the gate electrode is connected to the n gate line, and the source electrode is connected to data line, and the drain electrode is connected to the first node(nd1). In the second thin film transistor(TFT 2), the gate electrode is connected to the n gate line, and the source electrode is connected to the second node(nd2), and the drain electrode is connected to the first node. In the third thin film transistor(TFT 3), the gate electrode is connected to the second node, and the source electrode is connected to the first node, and the drain electrode is connected to the n+1 gate line. The capacitor(C) is connected between the second node and the n+1 gate line. |
