The present invention relates to water-insoluble celecoxib covered with an amorphous surfactant and a production method of the same. The water-insoluble celecoxib covered with the amorphous surfactant according to an embodiment of the present invention contains 100 parts by weight of celecoxib, and 10-200 parts by weight of surfactant with two or more alkyl chains attached to a hydrophilic portion of the celecoxib. The surfactant surrounds and is attached to an outer side of the celecoxib in an amorphous form, and has an emulsion form dissolved in water. The celecoxib to which the surfactant is attached has an average diameter of 0.5-30 micrometers, and an average size range within±200% of a standard diameter.
