FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: prepared bulb onions are cut, sauteed in vegetable oil and strained. Ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake is poured with fish broth and maintained for swelling. One mixes the listed components with mushroom broth, tomato paste, salt and black hot pepper and cooks the mixture to produce a sauce. Carrots are cut; fresh white cabbages are shredded and frozen. Then carrots and cabbages are mixed to produce garnish. Sheatfish fillet is cut, mealed in wheat flour and fried in vegetable oil. Then the sheatfish fillet, garnish and sauce are packed, sealed and sterilised.EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls. |
