<p>The present invention positions a body cavity insertion tool in a body cavity in a stable state without being affected by a cable connected to the body cavity insertion tool. A trocar, which is a guide instrument capable of being inserted in a body cavity, has an insertion passage for guiding a needle light, which serves as the body cavity insertion tool, into a body cavity, and is provided with: an elongated insertion part that is inserted into a body cavity; a body that is positioned outside of the body, and is disposed at the base end of the insertion part; and a locking part that is disposed on the body, and is able to lock a light guide cable connected to the needle light.</p> |
