A drive of a circular knitting machine includes an electric motor, vertical drive shaft, V-belt gearing which drive pulley is mounted on the shaft of the electric motor, and the driven pulley is kinematically connected to the vertical drive shaft. It is equipped with two electric magnets, a cam, a stop and a slide. One of the electric magnets and the cam are connected to the electric motor, the electric motor is mounted on the slide, and the second electric magnet is mounted over the cam and is connected to the stop. |
