Disclosed is a method for determining depth of cutting at multistep grinding, in which an allowance is divided into two parts and the first part of the allowance is removed through the mechanism of cross-feed and the second part - by dead-stop adjusting the number of grinding passes to obtain the required part size, wherein an constraint equation between the parameter characterizing the elastic pressure and grinding modes is used, then the speed of a part and limb depth of grinding are set from the ranges, for which the specified constraint equation is obtained. As a parameter characterizing the elastic pressure the actual depth of grinding is taken, and when removing the allowance, the value of which exceeds said range of change of the limb depth of grinding, the first part of the allowance is divided into passes, whose number equals to the ratio of value of this (first) part of the allowance to the maximum limb depth of grinding from the range of its change, and the second part of the allowance is taken equal to the limb grinding depth, which is once set by a mechanism of cross-feed. |
