A home power control system using a smartphone is disclosed. The home power control system of the present invention comprises smartphones of which a location is grasped by a location grasp device and including a phone identification code respectively; a power controller receiving location information including the location data and the phone identification code of the smartphones from the location grasp device, capable of registering registration identification codes, and generating a power block signal activated in response to the breakaway of the smartphones including the phone identification code corresponding to the registered registration identification codes from an interest area; and a smart electric plug providing power to the connected electronic equipment and controlled to block the provision of power to the electronic equipment by activating the power block signal received from the power controller and.
