A dual band mobile phone antenna has patch antenna with short circuit (3) connected ground (1) and radiator ( 2) planes and short monopole (8)vertical antenna with roof capacitance (9, 10) capacitively coupled to the radiator plane and fed from the antenna cable (5) inner at the ground plane feed point.
