<p>Provided is a reconfigurable semiconductor device equipped with a plurality of storage units constituting an array and connected to each other by address lines or data lines. The storage units operate as logic elements when truth table data is written that is configured so that a logical operation of input values specified by a plurality of addresses is output to a data line, and/or operate as connecting elements when truth table data is written that is configured so that an input value specified by an address is output to the data line connected to the address of another storage unit. The storage units comprise: a plurality of memory cells for holding the truth table data and the error check bits of the truth table data; and an error detection unit for reading first data constituting part of the truth table data and a first error check bit of the first data and determining whether or not an error has occurred in the first data.</p> |
