FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: this invention relates to a component assembly, made of a fastening element and a part from sheet metal, and also to the method for making such component assembly. The component assembly comprising a fastening element and a part of sheet metal, besides, the fastening element has a flanged part and a part of a shaft type, which stretches from the flanged part and is connected at its end with a cylindrical riveted section, the outer side of which is flush with the outer side of the shaft type part, at the same time the side of the flanged part adjoining the shaft type part creates an arm contacting with sheet metal, providing for protection against rotation, at the same time the fastening element is made as capable of usage with the part from sheet metal, having thickness of 3 mm and more, and the part from sheet metal lies in the same plane, in the area of connection of the fastening element, before and after connection of the fastening element, and the arm contacting with the sheet metal lies on the flat surface of the part from sheet material, besides, thickness of the part from sheet metal corresponds to total length of the part of shaft type and the riveted section or exceeds it, and the part from sheet metal has a conical opening hole, which opens in direction from the side of the part from sheet metal corresponding to the arm contacting with sheet metal, to the side remote from the arm contacting with the sheet metal, and the cylindrical riveted section is made as capable of changing the shape into the conical opening riveted collar, which is unwedged in the conical opening hole, having the length exceeding the conical opening riveted collar.EFFECT: proposed invention represents a profitable price solution, even with small quantities, which may be used cost-effectively.17 cl, 7 dwg |
