FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in poultry processing plants and poultry farms for growing, slaughtering and primary processing of poultry. The device for cooling of carcasses of poultry and rabbits comprises a suspended container with the carrier suspensions for carcasses, which is made as single- or multilevel and is located along the side walls of the heat-insulated chamber with a connecting passage. The parts of the conveyor are located along the sides of the chamber and separated from its central part by partitions. The carrier suspensions are located at different levels of the conveyor, and the spray humidifiers - in the corners of the heat-insulated chamber which comprises modules in the form of sections located lengthwise. The nozzles of the humidifiers are made with the ability of their regulation. The device has an electrostatic generator to produce the positive charge on the carcasses, and the negative charge on the chamber walls and the moisture sprayed from the nozzles under pressure. The extractor fan, the suspension conveyor and the moisture spraying system are electrically insulated from each other.EFFECT: use of the present invention enables to reduce water consumption and to accelerate the process of cooling with minimum power consumption.2 dwg |
