FIELD: engines and pumps.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to gas turbine building industry of ship and industrial application and can be used at design of industrial and ship compressors with rotating guide blades. A turning angle adjustment device of compressor guide blades includes rotating guide blades installed in an outer housing and in an internal ring of the compressor, as well as a blade turning adjustment mechanism. The blade turning adjustment mechanism includes a carrier ring connected by means of carriers to blade roots, a two-arm lever and a cylinder. Blades can be rotated under action of gas flow force; with that, total flow force is applied in the blade pressure centre, and the blade axis is offset from the pressure centre towards the trailing edge of the blade. The two-arm lever is connected with one arm to the carrier ring, and with the other arm to the cylinder stock. The cylinder is provided with two cavities in each of which an adjustable stop is installed; with that, an elastic element is installed in one of the cavities.EFFECT: invention allows simplifying a design of a blade turning angle adjustment device, as well as reducing dimensions and weight of the compressor.4 cl, 3 dwg |
