PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the downsizing of an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus includes: a housing 11; a conductive film 12 which is provided on an inner surface 11a of the housing 11 and includes a recessed part 12a on its surface; a circuit board 3 which is housed in the housing 11; and a semiconductor element 4 provided on the circuit board 3; and a conductive frame 13 fixed to an area on the circuit board 3 which is located around the semiconductor element 4 and fitting in the recessed part 12a. |
