PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer hard magnet having high holding power and large saturation magnetization.SOLUTION: A hard magnet comprises: a seed layer containing a first component including at least one of platinum group metal, Fe, Mn, Ir and Co; a cap layer containing the first component; and a multilayer laminate between the seed layer and the cap layer. The multilayer laminate comprises: a first layer containing the first component and a second component including at least one of the platinum group metal, Fe, Mn, Ir and Co. The second component is different from the first component. The multilayer laminate further comprises: a second layer formed on the first layer and containing the second component; and a third layer formed on the second layer and containing the first component and the second component. |
