PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil mist separator enabling improvement of oil separation efficiency by enhancing sealing performance around a nozzle plate and improvement of productivity.SOLUTION: An oil mist separator 1 includes a gas liquid separation structure 7 located in a flow passage for separating an oil component in blow-by gas. The gas liquid separation structure includes: a nozzle plate 8 for reducing gas amount of the blow-by gas; and an impactor plate 9 disposed downstream of the nozzle plate. The nozzle plate includes: an upper wall 11 extending downwardly from an upper wall of a cylinder head cover; an intermediate wall 12 extending obliquely downwardly from the lower end side of the upper wall toward the upstream side and having pores 14 formed thereon; and a lower wall 13 extending obliquely downwardly from the lower end side of the intermediate wall toward the upstream side. The nozzle plate 8 is molded integrally with the cylinder head cover 2 so that each side face of the upper wall, the intermediate wall and the lower wall continues to a side wall of the cylinder head cover, and the impactor plate 9 is installed integrally with a baffle plate 3. |
