PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angle adjuster that can be downsized.SOLUTION: An angle adjuster 71 includes: a first arm 1 including winding-up members 5; and a second arm 10 including a rotary shaft part 13. One end part 5a and the other end part 5b of the winding-up member 5 are provided in the first arm 1 away from each other in an axial direction view of the rotary shaft part 13. The first arm 1 and the second arm 10 are connected such that the second arm 10 can rotate around the rotary shaft part 13 in a state that winding-up parts 6 of the winding-up members 5 are wound around the outer circumferential surface 13a of the rotary shaft part 13. The angle adjuster 71 permits and blocks the rotation of the second arm 10 by frictional forces SM, GM generated by rotational operation in a regular rotation direction S and a reverse rotation direction G of the second arm 10. The angle adjuster 71 also includes release means 50 releasing the blocking of the rotation of the second arm 10 in the reverse rotation direction G at a position of an arbitrary development angle &thetas; of the second arm 10 with respect to the first arm 1. |
