PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape good in adhesiveness to a PP-based outer packaging material, and reliably preventing a short circuit due to proximity between a barrier layer of the outer packaging material and a terminal.SOLUTION: A resin composition in which a propylene-based thermoplastic elastomer is blended into a propylene-based resin is used as a resin composition forming a terminal adhesive tape.
