摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an onboard charger, etc. which can surely acquire voltage of a pilot signal even with a low performance microcomputer.SOLUTION: An onboard charger with a microcomputer for performing charge control of charging an onboard battery with power of an external power source supplied from a charge cable on the basis of pulse voltage of a pilot signal which is a pulse width modulation signal transmitted from the charge cable, includes a peak hold circuit which performs peak-hold of the voltage of the pilot signal to output it to the microcomputer, and performs a refresh operation for releasing the peak hold state of the pilot signal using the pilot signal as a trigger in the case in which a duty ratio of the pulse voltage of the pilot signal is within a static range. The microcomputer transmits a microcomputer output signal to the peak hold circuit to release the peak hold state of the pilot signal in the case in which the duty ratio of the pulse voltage of the pilot signal is outside the static range.
