PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic noise detector configured such that, in a case where a high frequency signal in which noise is simulated is applied to an evaluation target, only the applied noise is extracted, and the propagation path of the applied noise can be made visible correctly.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic noise detector comprises: a signal generation section 6 configured to modulate a high frequency signal in which electromagnetic noise is simulated; an application probe 5 configured to apply the modulated high frequency signal to an evaluation target 1; a detecting probe 11 configured to detect a high frequency signal generated from the evaluation target 1; a signal processing section 15 configured to demodulate the high frequency signal detected by the detecting probe 11, compare it with an identification signal, and determine whether the high frequency signal detected by the detecting probe 11 is the modulated high frequency signal applied by the application probe 5 or not; and a display section 19 configured to form a high frequency signal level distribution on the basis of the determination result of the signal processing section 15. |
