PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input circuit that is compatible with NPN open collector control, PNP open collector control and relay control and suppresses power consumption, and an integrated circuit of the input circuit.SOLUTION: In an input circuit 100, an input terminal IN is connected with an anode of a diode D1, a cathode side of the diode D1 is connected with one end side of a resistor R1, the other end side of the resistor R1 is connected with one end side of a resistor R2, the other end side of the resistor R2 is connected with one end side of a resistor R3, the other end side of the resistor R3 is grounded, an anode of a diode D2 is connected to the other end side of the resistor R2 and the one end side of the resistor R3, a cathode of the diode D2 is connected to the input terminal IN, a cathode of a diode D3 is connected to the one end side of the resistor R1, an anode side of the diode D3 is provided with an internal power terminal V2in, a light emitting element HD is connected in parallel with the resistor R1, and a light receiving element PD is connected opposite to the light emitting element HD. |
