PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery internal resistance measurement device which is capable of continuously or periodically making highly accurate internal resistance measurements and offers improved mounting flexibility with a minimal cost increase.SOLUTION: An internal resistance measurement device includes a coupling member 13 which is clamped on a positive terminal of a battery, a bus bar 14 which is mounted on an upper surface of the coupling member, and a circuit board 15 which is mounted on an upper surface of the bus bar, where the bus bar 14 has a built-in shunt resistor 17 located approximately in the middle in a longitudinal direction thereof. The circuit board 15 has a discharge circuit comprising switching devices 18, 19 with built-in current limiting resistors mounted thereon to measure internal resistance of the battery. The internal resistance measurement device also has an insulating thermal conductor 20, which is electrically insulating but thermally conductive, located between the switching devices 18, 19 and the shunt resistor 17. |
