A laboratory installation for saturation of especially tightly molded rationally selected mixture comprises a vibrating plate, a vacuum chamber and a pneumatic mechanism of vertical movement of a die. It consists of a vibrating plate, on which a mould is mounted, which is located in a vacuum chamber with a movable lid and a die with a pneumatic drive of its vertical movement, which consists of a lid with a rubber chamber, which is based on the wall projection of the vacuum chamber, and a metal ring of the lid is based on the inner rim of the tire. In a vacuum chamber a nipple is integrated which is connected to a vacuum pump. Rubber chamber is connected to a compressor through the nipple. On the mould a vibratory nozzle is mounted, which is a welded structure in the form of a hopper with outer and inner perforated walls, wherein in the lower part of the inner perforated wall a pipe with design openings turned inwardly is connected, which provide for spraying liquid, and the nipple attached with a flexible hose with a plug valve to a sealed tank with a filling orifice and opening lid. |
