摘要 The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of pumpkin drying snag. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a salt solution dipping step (S1) of dipping pumpkins in a salt solution including one selected from a group of NaCl2, KCl2, and their mixture; a steaming step (S2) of steaming the dipped pumpkin; a sugar solution dipping step of dipping the steamed pumpkin in a sugar solution; and a drying step (S4) of drying the dipped pumpkin. The pumpkin drying snag produced by using the method of the present invention is excellent in texture and flavor and uniform quality, leading to high preference. The pumpkin drying snag is high in storage, so that the snag can enlarge the utility range of highly nutritious pumpkin.
