A secure log-in processing method according to an aspect of the present invention, capable of enhancing the security in a log-in procedure, is performed by a log-in intermediation server which is connected to a service providing server and intermediates user certification of a first user terminal accessing the service providing server. The secure log-in processing method comprises the steps of: in the case of receiving online service information and a log-in code request to be provided to the first user terminal from the service providing server, generating the log-in code and providing the log-in code to the service providing server; in the case of receiving the log-in code and user certification information for certifying the user, determining effectiveness of the log-in code; generating a log-in confirmation code according to the effectiveness of the log-in code and checking whether the user certification information is information on a legal user via the service providing server; and in the case that the user certification information is checked to be the information on the legal user, providing the log-in confirmation code to the second user terminal to enable the user to input the log-in confirmation code in the first user terminal and perform the log-in process.
