The present invention provides extensible blue jean knit fabric woven by using extensible blue jean mixed yarn, wherein the extensible blue jean mixed yarn is manufactured by selectively mixing blue jean yarn with spandex yarn and raw yarn and the fabric is woven in the form of a general knit by using the extensible blue jean mixed yarn manufactured thereby. The present invention can provide extensible blue jean knit fabric which can extend in forward, backward, right and left directions, by weaving the fabric in the form of a knit using the extensible blue jean mixed yarn manufactured by selectively mixing blue jean yarn with spandex yarn and raw yarn, can manufactured various kinds of clothes by using the extensible blue jean knit fabric which can extend in the four directions, and can manufacture extensible clothes which is easy to wear and comfortable in living. Also, the present invention can manufacture extensible blue jean mixed yarn having different extensibilities by varying a mixture ratio in the process of selectively mixing blue jean yarn with spandex yarn and raw yarn, can weave extensible blue jean knit fabric having different extensibilities by using the extensible blue jean mixed yarn having different extensibilities, and can manufacture various kinds of clothes by widening the selection width of the extensible blue jean knit fabric.
