FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to interlayer film for laminated glass and laminated glass, which contains claimed film. Interlayer film for laminated glass includes soundproof layer, for which temperature T1, which is the temperature giving maximal value of tangent ? at frequency 1 Hz, lies in the range from -30°C to 0°C. Soundproof layer contains 71-160 wt.p. of plasticiser relative to 100 wt.p. of polyvinyl acetal resin, which has 3 or 4 carbon atoms in acetal group, or 50-80 wt.p. of plasticiser relative to 100 wt.p. of polyvinyl acetal resin, which has 5-12 carbon atoms in acetal group.
